Marlene leads operations at Calibr and helps deliver AI transformation sprints. She previously scaled The Graduate Guide, a careers and events company for startup talent, to 30k+ community members and led the startup through an acquisition by the Apprentify Group, the UK’s 30th fastest-growing company. Marlene started her career in leadership consulting before embarking on several entrepreneurial projects. She holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and a MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from UCL.
