Peter launched a podcast from a pub basement. Marlene co-founded a startup before most people had written their first CV. Together, they built The Graduate Guide into a community of 30,000 graduates, then joined Apprentify Group to ask the next question.

Calibr combines in-person assessment with AI upskilling to help fast-growing companies hire and develop exceptional operational talent. We're small, backed by Apprentify Group, and very much building.
